This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds and credits work when you request Spectrum® services through SPX Internet.

Overview

If you placed or scheduled an order through SPX Internet, we can help you cancel, reschedule or correct your order. Any refunds of Spectrum service charges appear as credits or refunds on your Spectrum account or original form of payment per Spectrum policy. SPX does not charge separate fees for standard ordering assistance.

How to request a refund

  1. Contact SPX Internet with your full name, service address, best contact number, and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Provide your Spectrum account number (if available) and any order/appointment numbers.
  3. We’ll review your request, coordinate with Spectrum if needed, and confirm the outcome and any return steps.
