How to cancel, reschedule or move Spectrum® services ordered through SPX Internet, including equipment returns, fees and proration.

Overview

We can help you cancel, reschedule or correct your order. Spectrum does not require annual contracts for residential service; however, some installation/activation fees may be non‑refundable once a technician is dispatched or service is activated, and charges may be pro‑rated through the disconnection date.

Equipment returns

Spectrum‑owned equipment (modems, routers, receivers, phone adapters) must be returned after cancellation. Keep your receipt and tracking number. Credits are posted by Spectrum once equipment is processed.

How to cancel

  1. Contact SPX with your full name, service address, best contact number, and desired cancellation date.
  2. Provide your Spectrum account number and any appointment/order numbers, if available.
  3. We’ll coordinate with Spectrum, confirm the disconnection date, and share return instructions for equipment.
